For rapid and secure shipping of goods, we rely on reputable carriers like FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Most of our orders are shipped through FedEx. UPS is used by a few shipping locations. If you input a PO Box address, please have an alternate method to the above-listed carriers and a physical address available in case the package can only be delivered via these carriers. UPS. Only some orders under $150 are shipped via USPS. The shipping method you select at the time of purchase will also affect the time when you can receive your order. Different shipping options will be presented to you at the very end of the checkout process, depending on the item(s) you buy and the address to which these items are being shipped. Each delivery option comes with its own limitations and costs, which will be added to your order. The destination address may be tracked for all shipping types.
We try our best to process your order as soon as it is placed, so we can't promise that changes can be made after it has been sent. Once the order is submitted, we are unable to make adjustments due to the length of time required for the creation of these items. Once the order has been submitted, it might not be possible to cancel customized or manufacturer-direct items. These are goods made by a third-party merchant with any personalization, such as player names, numbers, or special requests.
Simply view your order by logging into My Account or visiting the Track Order page to cancel it. You will be able to choose "Need To Modify Order?" if your order is deemed suitable for order modification. You need to choose "Cancel Order" from there. You will get the screen below after selecting Cancel Order. To confirm your cancellation, just select the "Reason for Cancelation" code. Click "Cancel Order" after selecting a reason code. The screen will refresh with the most recent order status displayed once all items in the order have been canceled.
If you've gotten a defective or damaged item, we're sorry, and we'll do everything we can to fix it right away. If your goods have been damaged during shipment or are defective, kindly get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving the item. For damaged, we may issue a "call tag" so that it may be picked up, or the customer can drop the package off to be eligible for a refund within 7 business days of receipt. In order to reseal the product for return, the customer must save all original packaging, including the packing materials. If the item is not in its original packing, damage claims will not be handled.
We can handle your return request if you get in touch with us and provide the original Order ID, email address, and email address where you want your eGift Certificate issued. We will email you a return label once it has been processed. You can return it to our warehouse within the time span of 30 days of the date of shipment for your item. Your complete satisfaction is important to us. All returns must be received and processed by our warehouse within 30 days in accordance with our return policy. The following items cannot be returned: Game Used, Vintage, Customized, and Personalized items, Trading Cards, Encapsulated, Loose, or Boxed - No Exclusions. Upon delivery, your returned item(s) will be examined before your refund is issued. We won't accept your return after our 30-day return policy has expired. Your account won't be credited with a refund. A 15% restocking fee for returned goods will be deducted from your refund once it is received and has been inspected (typically within 72 hours of arrival). A credit will then be automatically refunded to your original form of payment within 7 days. It can take an extra 2–10 business days for your credit to deposit to your account once it is applied, depending on your credit card provider.
